Daniele Tiberio, born in Milan in 1970, graduated in Law at the Catholic University of Milan in 1995. He obtained the admission to bar in 1999.

Lawyer at the “Trevisan & Associates” Law Firm in Milan from 1998 to 2007, of which he was a partner  since 1999, he gained experience in commercial and corporate law, banking, financial and M&A, also dealing with domestic and cross border litigation.

Lawyer at the Firm “Balestrazzi Tiberio & Associati” since 2007, of which he is a founding member with Claudia Balestrazzi, with whom he has been collaborating for over 15 years.

The professional activity of Daniele Tiberio today mainly takes place in commercial and corporate law, assisting in particular small and medium size companies. He also gained a focused experience in banking matters, bankruptcy law and insolvency proceedings, both in out-of-court and litigation phase, including arbitration procedures.

He deals with real estate law, assisting the clients in the negotiation of asset and property agreements as well as in construction and restructuring in relation to refurbishment and development transactions, with a particular knowledge of the legislation on public and private procurements.

He assists leading clients operating in the field of Credit Management through the consultancy and evaluation of portfolios of non performing loans (NPL).
