About The Firm
The law firm Balestrazzi – Tiberio & Associati was founded in April 2007 by Claudia Balestrazzi and Daniele Tiberio in the footsteps of the tradition of the law firm of Trevisan and Associates, of which they had been part.
The firm provides legal advice and assistance to companies in the areas of corporate, financial and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions. In particular, the firm gained experience providing day-to-day advice in commercial and corporate matters with the aim to meet the clients’ needs in real time. Our services include corporate secretarial services for handling all corporate formalities, company book running and compliance matters.

Claudia Balestrazzi
FOUNDER
Claudia Balestrazzi, born in Pordenone in 1972, studied at the Catholic University of Milan, where she graduated in 1996. In 2001 she was admitted to the Italian Bar and she is registered in the Special Register of the Supreme Court Lawyers since 2016. Claudia Balestrazzi’s professional activity has focused mainly on corporate and commercial matters, contractual consultancy and banking law.

Daniele Tiberio
FOUNDER
Daniele Tiberio, born in Milan in 1970, graduated in Law at the Catholic University of Milan in 1995. He obtained the admission to bar in 1999. Lawyer at the “Trevisan & Associates” Law Firm in Milan from 1998 to 2007, of which he was a partner since 1999, he gained experience in commercial and corporate law, banking, financial and M&A, also dealing with domestic and cross border litigation.

Paolo Scarafile
LAWYER
Paolo Scarafile, born in Campi Salentina (LE) in 1988, graduated at the Catholic University of Milan in 2014 and in 2016 was admitted to the Italian Bar. Since 2014 he joined “Balestrazzi Tiberio & Associati” Law Firm, where he has gained expertise in civil, bankruptcy and commercial matters, with a specific in-depth analysis of banking law and the related contractual area.
